Global Terms & Conditions – rankwise ai
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging rankwise ai for digital marketing services, the client (“Client”) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). This Agreement constitutes the full and exclusive understanding between rankwise ai and the Client. rankwise ai reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior written notice. Continued use of services following such changes shall constitute the Client's acceptance of the revised Terms.
rankwise ai operates under AI FUND PARTNERS PTY LTD (ABN 58 683 814 646), with its registered office located in Surry Hills, NSW 2010, Australia.
Scope of Services
rankwise ai provides digital marketing services, with a primary focus on off-site Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including, but not limited to:
- Creation of high-quality backlinks aligned with target keywords
- Placement of backlinks on authoritative and contextually relevant domains
- Monthly performance reports that include:
- Domain Rating (DR) and URL Rating (UR)
- Keyword ranking movements
- A full list of backlinks created
Contract Terms & Renewals
All services will commence with a 90-day onboarding period, billed on a monthly basis. This initial phase is designed to enable strategic setup, keyword mapping, and performance calibration.
Auto-Renewal Policy
Unless written cancellation is received, services will automatically renew prior to the end of the 90-day onboarding period. The renewal type and charge will depend on the selected package:
Single Keyword Packages:
Services will automatically renew into a 6-month term. The Client will be billed:
A charge equal to 2 times the monthly rate, which — when combined with the 3 months already paid and 1 bonus month — forms a complete 6-month service period.
Alternatively, charged 6 times the monthly rate, with 1 additional bonus month provided, resulting in 8 months of service.
Multi-Keyword Packages:
Services will automatically renew into a 12-month term, billed as a charge equal to 10 times the monthly rate. This provides 2 bonus months free, forming a complete 12-month service period.
Continuation Fee: A continuation fee of $1,500 applies for multi-keyword packages and $500 for single keyword packages, as part of your auto-renewal. This fee secures ongoing access to our SEO infrastructure, link-building network, and maintains your keyword exclusivity within your niche and location.
To avoid automatic renewal:
For Single Keyword Packages, the Client must cancel no later than Day 58 of the 3-month onboarding period (i.e., before the end of the second month).
For Multi-Keyword Packages, the Client must cancel no later than 21 days prior to the end of the onboarding period.
Why Auto-Renewal Exists
The auto-renewal policy is implemented to maintain the affordability of rankwise ai's services during the initial 90-day onboarding period. This ensures that clients have sufficient time to experience the value of the service and see measurable results from their SEO campaigns. The renewal process allows rankwise ai to offer lower pricing during the critical setup phase while ensuring service continuity for clients committed to long-term growth and optimization. This approach also provides clients with ample time to evaluate the ongoing impact of the services provided.
Cancellation
To avoid automatic renewal, the Client must provide written notice of cancellation no later than the specified cancellation period for their package type. Failure to cancel within the required timeframe will result in the Client being charged for the applicable renewal period. Cancellation notices must be submitted in writing via email or through the client portal.
Backlink Retention
All backlinks generated during the service term will remain live post-cancellation, provided that all invoices are paid in full. rankwise ai reserves the right to remove backlinks in the event of non-payment or failure to meet contractual obligations.
Pricing and Payments
Pricing: Pricing is custom and based on keyword targets, volume, and service complexity. Custom quotes are provided to each Client via a secure payment link.
Binding Agreement: Payment of the initial or ongoing service fees constitutes the Client's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Payment Terms: All charges are payable according to the agreed-upon terms. rankwise ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received in accordance with these terms.
Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made to rankwise ai are non-refundable, including but not limited to payments for onboarding, annual subscriptions, or any campaign fees.
Content and Backlink Policies
Backlinks are deployed gradually (drip-feed) in accordance with current SEO best practices.
While rankwise ai strives for long-term backlink placement, permanence cannot be guaranteed due to reliance on third-party platforms.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete website and business data.
Deliver all requested content, access credentials, and other necessary information in a timely manner.
rankwise ai shall not be liable for delays or underperformance resulting from incomplete, delayed, or incorrect information provided by the Client.
Limitation of Liability
rankwise ai does not guarantee specific search rankings or traffic results. SEO performance can vary due to algorithm updates, competition, and other external factors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, rankwise ai's liability shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Client in the most recent billing period. rankwise ai shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, under any circumstances.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales, Australia.
Termination of Service
Upon termination or cancellation of services, no pro-rata refunds or adjustments will be made once billing for the renewal subscription has occurred.
Confidentiality
rankwise ai shall maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information provided by the Client. Disclosure to third parties is prohibited without the express written consent of the Client, except where required by law. This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
